Hamilton is Home is a collective of community housing organizations working together to support affordable housing initiatives across the city. They needed more than just a website — they needed a platform to actively showcase projects, share updates, and engage the community.
We designed and developed a modern, scalable website powered by our custom EB Media CMS, giving their team full control to manage projects, publish content, and keep the site up to date as their initiative grows.
